Dwight, look at the positive side, MVIS will do its damnest to make sure the price of the stock does not drop below $14.33 rather than $13.61. It even discloses to you what would be a "good buying point" in the next few months in the event that the market suffers a bout of acrophobia. I think, however that all this issue is a very short term issue with little relevance, since this time bomb is terminating upon the filing of the S-3 and that should be shortly. Zeev
