<<Now go back to your books and learn something. And quit trying to argue with somebody who knows what he's talking about until you have done your homework.>>

Once again, name *one* US statute that defers US Constitutional authority to that of the UN. You havent answered the question. Better hit the books Hodgkin.

Treaties are law, yes. But they arent the kind of law you would need to make a criminal case against the US government for bombing Serbia. Treaties are agreements that state a governments voluntary deferment of policy in favor of a certain arrangement. US involvement in the Non-proliferation treaty is voluntary. It is also non-binding. The US can withdraw from that agreement at any time. The US involvement in the UN itself is voluntary, and it can withdraw itself at any time. US involvement in nuclear disarmament treaties is voluntary, and also, non-binding. US involvement in the Geneva Convention treaties is voluntary, and non-binding. UN authority only extends as far as voluntary compliance extends, and no furthur. Name one agreement to which the US could be held not only criminally responsible but also bound to conformity to the verdict. There are none.

Prove me wrong, and I'll admit Im wrong.
