"Finally has anyone else noticed how gas prices have gone up 40 cents a gallon when oil has moved up only slightly?"

Electric, where ya been! Oil has moved from the $11-12 range to the $16 range. That's not a "slightly"!

I think the stock market is showing very good strength. Yesterday was suppose to be a down day for the NASDAQ, but instead it went up to new highs. The DJIA also made a new high. The DJIA led the market to new highs instead of the NASDAQ. This is one downside to this. But money can come back into the NASDAQ that went into the Dow type of stocks. I think that is what needs to happen. According to Donald Sew, today is a down day for the DJIA. Also the market needs to broaden out be pulling back in from bonds and money markets additional monies. I would not be surprised if there was a pullback before this happens.
