Not to worry about the copywright. If you create it and someons else sees it, it's already protected. You really don't have to put the © symbol on your work. I have had a 3 cases where someone took my work and presented as their own. I contacted them and expressed my displeasure. Two stopped, one didn't, so I had my lawyer send them a note. Never copied me again.

You put a significant amount of work into your reports and you should take care than no one uses your work for their owne profit.
