I could be way out in left field, but could recent weakness be due to possible sale of Revlon? Doesn't HELE market some products under Revlon brand name and could this agreement possibly be affected by a sale/takeover of REV?
Otherwise, I see clear sailing. Yesterday's higher than expected retail sales point to good earnings (particularly good results at Walmart, with whom HELE does business).

Since its the quiet period before earnings, he said nothing more than " We are as strong as we have ever been". I didn't push much further, you generally don't get much else from the Inv. relations guys. Too much liability.
