Tonight's CYOE Market Maker update. It appears WIEN, NEUB etc. have gotten the message and are laying low. NITE, MASH,SHWD and FAHN seem to wish to ignore the affirmative responsibility to know the true financial condition of the companies they trade. When the class action suits, and SEC, NASDAQ investigatons are launched, it will be a very expensive mistake IMHO. Hope their compliance officers get the message. Has anyone contacted KISKI? Let's not duplicate efforts, or let stones unturned.
