Wind River is worth 16 (26 * 0.61), so it appears undervalued and your strategy seems sound. However, if there are any more cockroaches in the kitchen, you're doomed. If support isn't forthcoming at 12, it will go down to 7 (double book value). This is a very forgiving thread. The company waited 2 weeks to make the earnings warning last quarter and at least another 2 weeks this quarter. These announcements should be made as soon as the info is available. Wind River isn't the only undervalued small cap stock in the embedded sector. You can buy solidly profitable SBS Technologies for a song and you'll get the news at the same time as other investors.
