Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether this stock broke resistance today? I noticed is has traded as high as $1.92 in the past year, but it seems as though most of the resistance is at $1.75 to $1.80. Volume did not seem large enough for a breakout from the resistance. Also, it appears that they have some well known partners. Does anyone know the nature of the contract with Dun and Bradstreet - ie/ is it for net maintenance or for filtering. At one point, I believe D&B was trying out WEB's applications for matching info in their database to info on company's on the net. Thanks, t.
