Stefan, MU will spend $1.1 billion on new equipment, but don't forget that that figure does not include the joint ventures who will spend another chuck of change. I think I recall that they were to spend about $700 million. One advantage of the JV structure is that the partners have to come up with the bucks to upgrade the fabs, but again, this is from my recollection.
