I've posted links to the SEC filings which includes the AOL agreement on a couple of occasions. I never got a response from him.

Don't bother wasting your time with him. He has an agenda. For obvious reasons he comes on thread spewing all kinds of distorted halftruths.

I read through a bit of their SEC filing and it sounds pretty good.
