So all new PR and IR contracts have to be paid in cash as of April 7th?

Exactly ... When I decide to accept offers to be an IR I sold my shares in DMEC instantly before I actually and formally accepted because I felt to have free trading stock while IR was a conflict of interest. CNHH I had no stock or options at the time of accepting to be the IR. The reasons I asked for the options is because I feel an IR should not trade the stock in a company they are speaking for. ALso the risk of inside trading is another area of concern ... BTW the blasted DMEC stock went to .44 the next day. Anyway, I have taken stock options with my IR positions but now I do not think you can take any stock or options at all. I like this because now companies have to be able to afford an IR or PR in order have one. To me this is GREAT news ... I like the disclosure rule changes also.
