Bosco,

Try this instead:

1) The current CEO is from Wang, not Legent.
2) MSFT has NOT taken an interest in Banyan's directory services, only in their customers as migratory opportunities to MSFT products.
3) BNYN's Network side is looking at new product opportunities in the Internet space, not in the NOS space (your implication).
