The WSK article is one of the first that I have seen that highlights the obvious - that CPQ is not merely a PC vendor. It says that even if PC's sales were to be soft, its other lines drive it forward. That's the plan, folks. 320% increase over 12 months is not bad, and is only the beginning of the benefits which will arise from the DEC-TANDEM merger. The 33 cents expected, mentioned by the article, is reasonable, but, in my arrogant opinion, does not include benefits from tax credits which will bump the actual number up in the general direction of my target of 38 cents.
