Drake, Thanks. Perhaps a small bump? The lack of substantial overlap certainly helps here from a cost (and profit) and US approval basis. WS should like that. Maybe the CSCO salespeople will have to start making up a new story. I would think, and this is a guess, that the ASND price to crawl a little closer to the LU at this point. IMO. Both firms are active in the sector of telecommunications networking systems but the Commission said in a statement the operation was "essentially of a complementary nature and gives rise to few overlaps." The Commission was notified of the deal on March 1. REUTERS
