I have a couple of questions and concerns before I would consider buying anymore shares. Please help me understand:

(1) When will the integration of Unicore/TSSW be complete?
(2) Because moves, restructuring, etc. can be very expensive I believe we should expect to see a one time charge. Will that charge be recorded in the quarter to be reported shortly, or next quarter?
(3) When are earnings out by the way?
(4) What exactly does Unicore do? Y2K (whatever that means), or do they manufacture cards?
(5) Does anyone expect anymore one time payoffs to guys like Jordan and Mass? I think the business model may work, but we have to watch out for people taking big bites from the apple (IMO).

Please advise... BGL

Sonny, I agree...considering how fast TSSW moved up in Oct. 97, with little or no earnings, and that was not the only time, I agree that it is only a matter of time, with the exponential increase in revenues likely around the corner, and hopefully some profitable quarters, we will be on our way. At last.
