The CNBC interview with the CEO of parent VDAT has been rescheduled from Monday to Wednesday, at CNBC's request due to scheduling conflicts. I got this directly from the company by e-mail. I think the time is still 10:45 am ET but will check early next week and post the time on the VDAT thread.
