they wait until C gets to the 70s before issuing their "buy" rating?

and besides, it's only got 4 more points to get to their target price. Shouldn't it be a hold instead? maybe even a sell? To risk 73 per share for 4 points...i don't know.

these guys are really on the ball or what?

still, any positive news is good. Then again, they may be trying to leg out of their position.
