Mr. Hart has 22 years of experience in marketing, real estate developement, manufacturing and in financing public and private companies. Mr. Hart also brings to Sungold a unique understanding of both the thoroughbred and gaming industries. Mr. Hart is also a director and Vice-President of the Horsemenn's Benevolent and Protective Association of British Columbia. Hans R. Banziger, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a graduate of the Swiss Commercial Institute of Zurich, Switzerland and has spent over 30 years developing, financing and managing numerous projects around the world. Mr. Banziger has extensive experience in business analysis, corporate structuring and financial planning. Anne Kennedy, Director, has been self-employed in business for the past 14 years; active in real estate sales and the management operations of an independant insurance agency. Preceding that a Budget Analyst in the oil and gas sector using her extensive accounting background. Presently providing administrative and financial controller services, regulatory reporting and corporate accounting along with investor relations and shareholder communications required by the company. Donald R. Harris, Director. Mr. Harris is the President and CEO of TAC International Investments LLC, a private investment company, and the co-founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Town's Edge Properties Inc., incorporated in 1965, a developer of multiple residential and commercial properties. Town's Edge is the managing entity for 23 real estate investment general and limited partnerships with assets in the excess of U.S. $100 Million and annual revenues in excess of U.S. $19 Million. Timothy M. Gladieux, Vice-President of Operations and Director. Mr. Gladieux is the President and CEO of V/Gladieux Enterprises, Inc. a diversified hospitality and food service management firm with additional interests in recreation marinas, a pro sports franchise, and real estate developement. V/Gladieux Enterprises, Inc. holds food service contracts at over 100 facilities, has aggregate sales in excess of $50 million annually, and employs over 1000. Russell Murata, Vice-President of Corporate Affairs and Director. Mr. Murata was President of PNEUCO Sales & Engineering Ltd., of Richmond, BC for 20 years until he sold the company in April 1998. Russ has experience owning and racing thoroughbreds in Canada. He is also a sophisticated investor and has been a licenced broker in British Columbia. Mr. Murata is an independant business consultant.
