Phase2Media and NetGravity Partner to Create The Most
Targeted Internet Advertising Network

New Interactive Sales and Strategy Firm Founded by Richy Glassberg
Also Includes Assets of Omni-Net

NEW YORK, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Richy Glassberg, the former president & CEO of interactive ad-rep firm Omni-Net.com, has purchased
substantially all of the assets of Omni-Net.com from its former owners and has formed Phase2Media, an interactive sales and strategy firm.
Phase2Media will initially be owned by Mr. Glassberg and other senior executives with the former owners retaining a passive interest.

Additionally, Phase2Media announced today that it has entered into a significant worldwide marketing partnership with NetGravity (Nasdaq:
NETG - news), a market leader in interactive marketing solutions, in which NetGravity will offer the Phase2Media suite of ad sales services on a
worldwide basis for advertising sales representation, while Phase2Media will exclusively use NetGravity's AdCenter service and Global Profile
Service for comprehensive ad management and precision targeting. The two companies will consult with client companies, offering Web sites a
total package for comprehensive, reliable ad management and precision ad targeting as well as ad sales.

''Phase 1 is just the beginning for any new Web site, when it gets launched; Phase 2 however, is the important step, it's where we help sites make
money,'' explained Mr. Glassberg, who will hold the titles of chairman & CEO of his newly formed company. ''Our name signifies the important
component of doing business online and the agreement with NetGravity sets the tone for our company -- seeking out industry leaders to partner
with -- expediting Phase2Media's ability to make a major impact on the growth of online media in a professional and thoughtful manner.''

Commenting on the agreement, John Danner, chairman and CEO for NetGravity said, ''Precision targeting coupled with a quality sales
organization are key to maximizing Internet ad revenues. The breadth of knowledge and deep industry background of the Phase2Media executive
team will be an important component of our successful partnership.''

NetGravity developed AdCenter, a comprehensive, outsourced online ad management service, to support publishers, e-commerce merchants and
advertising agencies in their efforts to maximize online advertising revenues and optimize marketing campaigns. The service, used by over 50
businesses today, provides a scalable solution that enables customers to dynamically respond to the advertising needs of their business without a
major investment in technology.

''NetGravity's industry-leading technology and services will have an immediate impact on our business. By using the AdCenter service solution
we will be able to deliver state-of-the-art advertising management, including sophisticated ad targeting and ad performance reports for our clients
from day one,'' Mr. Glassberg concluded.

By utilizing NetGravity's Global Profile Service (GPS), Phase2Media will be able to target advertisements based on a variety of geographic,
demographic and psychographic attributes. GPS, a comprehensive data source representing over 45 million anonymous profiles, enables clients to
better understand their audience, and target advertisements and direct marketing offers with greater precision and insight. ''This unprecedented
level of targeting will enable Phase2Media to provide clients with the most targeted advertising on the Internet,'' said John Danner, chairman and
CEO for NetGravity.

NetGravity is committed to online privacy and is a licensee of the TRUSTe oversight program. As a licensee, NetGravity has agreed to adhere to

PT, I'm sorry to hear that you had so much invested in ZULU that it forced a career decision, but I'm sure your new career will be a fascinating and educational experience!

There is a valuable lesson in here for others.

Say "hi" to Pat, if you can get him to skip the limo when he's in town and join the commoners in a simple cab.

PT, I'm curious as to what you think of ol' Pat now.

Do you still think he has honorable intentions, or do you now realize how he stole your money? Isn't it pitiful how someone can live the high life off of ill-begotten gains from hard-working people who trust them with everything?

I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that cab ride the next time Pat's in town!
