Wintrust Fincl/Internet Banking Svcs -2: In Pact With Edify

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (Dow Jones)--Wintrust Financial Corp. (EDFY) plans to launch Internet banking services in the second quarter.

In a press release Thursday, Wintrust said it signed a contract with Edify Corp. (EDFY) to provide Wintrust's community banks with full service Internet banking.

Terms weren't disclosed.

Wintrust is a financial services holding company.

Edify develops, markets and supports self-service software.
