Hi All Aother interesting thing in the NR << In the event that a definitive agreement is reached, shareholders of CD Plus.com Inc. will exchange their shares for shares of Signature Brands Limited such that they will hold approximately 90 per cent of the shares of Signature Brands Limited>> How will CDPlus manage to get 90% of the shares if we own a whole whack of them? Still if the price holds; then they should be a lot happier with the deal today than this time yesterday. Later Keith
