Trader is making a good point here. Long or short doesn't matter. Everyone is posting their own opinions. What the SEC is concerned about and what should be disclosed is if someone is compensated by the COMPANY. I for one, couldn't care less if Frenchy has 15, 1500, 15000 shares. The only important thing he does put in his disclaimer is that he is not compensated in any way by the company. He needs to write this because he is so positively bubbly about this company, and blind to its negative sides, that most people would think he was paid to promote it.
