Yes that is correct, Alan. This stock is due to get a NASDAQ listing and could be a quintessential Mr. Pink "Flying Turd"

Past FT selections have been KLOC at 7, now 16 BII at 6, now over 30, CUST at 7 now 22.....And don't forget MALL, DBCC (before the reversal)

Found out that some systems such as online brokers see UTO as UGTOF, so that is what you will have to use to buy Uniglobe online.
