Just bought an additional 5000 at 1.15. The drop today was a massive overreaction to the increase yesterday. Things are looking too good for this to be a $1 stock.

Mike

P.S. TechnoWiz, thanks for including the quotes in your newsletter. Very flattering.

Looks like this morning's correction might be at about its conclusion with some quick-termers taking (tiny) profits and the MM's covering their inventory.
I don't think the Fat Lady has sung on this upward move yet. In fact I don't think the Fat Lady is even awake yet.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

In the mean time many lower tier stocks have been exploding all over the marketplace especially companies that are involved in Video Streaming on the Internet. Curiously, one of our featured stocks of yesterday, Financial Intranet, FNTN, gave us a preliminary buy alert on Thursday of last week and a Double Dynamic buy signal on Tuesday of this week.

The results since then have been nothing short of spectacular with FNTN soaring just over 40% Thursday. Finally the value in this company is being realized by the marketplace and today they demonstrated their enthusiasm convincingly. The action and close in Financial Intranet was exceedingly bullish and closing on the high with a bevy of buyers still bidding raises the specter of another gap move Friday which if this market expands its range to the upside could be sensational and could pave the way for a $3.00 interim FNTN price.

FNTN reminds me a lot of another long time favorite issue, IDTC. In 1992, IDTC was an emerging if not struggling phone company that exploited the call back system of reducing international rates in most overseas countries. At that time I'm sure that they had no idea that within 5 years they would one day reach a Billion Dollar market cap and have revenues well over 1000 times those of 1992. They also had no idea of the new business opportunities that would come their way and how they would emerge as one
of the nations largest Internet Service Providers, a major player in long distance arbitrage which is their biggest money maker and business sector and become the most significant player in Internet Telephony over the last few years. The stock has moved up very sharply, doubling in just over a month on speculation that their Net2Phone subsidiary will be spun off and could command 800 million to a Billion Dollar market cap in its own right. That would send the price of IDTC soaring to new all time record highs in short order. Kind of like what happened to DBCC a while back thanks to its 50 % interest in CBS Market Watch, MKTW. One of the most successful Internet IPO's on Wall Street. Net2Phone
may someday be the Video Phone of the future and but FNTN is the Video Phone of today by virtue of its Intranet which allows for interactive Multimedia communication Worldwide with no limits.

The point I'm trying to make is, when FNTN started business a few years ago, they had a concept and business model to pursue and execute and to their credit, they saw most of this before the rest of the World had things figured out. Today, this vision is opening up opportunities they may never have dreamed of as people are beginning to appreciate the hundreds of different ways some of their 'proprietary' technologies can be utilized. For example: A year ago if you had suggested that Financial Intranet, with a focus on doing business within the Financial Community, would scoop a valuable contract with immense ongoing potential from one of the largest Fast Food Restaurateurs in the World, it would have been seen as very unlikely and highly at odds with the goals they were pursuing. But since they have developed what is suddenly the most sought after technology on the Planet, the whole ball game has changed and I am sure they are leaving absolutely no stone unturned in regards to pursuing business opportunities with merit and addressing custom queries, concerns and desires to make this amazing new technology do what they want it to do to improve business efficiencies Worldwide. As one long time commentator and reader of this report has stated: As someone who works for one of the largest Oil companies in the World, we have been using an Intranet for two years which has totally revolutionized the way we do business Worldwide. Here are a few of his observations:

"The corporate buzzword for several years now has been 'outsourcing'. This thing can be done cheaper and more efficiently out of house by specialists like FNTN who do not have to reinvent the wheel for each installation. It'll bring the power of an intranet to the masses.
You already know this, but I'll pass it along to others. My company has had an intranet for about two years now. It is used extensively for sharing confidential data of all types worldwide. It is an invaluable tool and is completely secure from prying eyes. Most large companies already have something similar. The intranet designers who will prosper will get video and voice right. The few samples of video from FNTN (on their site) are as good as any I've seen. Keep in mind that for now, these represent the lowest common denominators. Intranet video, as opposed to internet video, will be much more efficient due to high transfer rates. These are already available on high bandwidth Intranet today.
