Finding overpriced (based on fundamentals) or underpriced stocks is not hard - knowing the catalyst that will bring it to fruition is the difficulty. Unlike you, most of my puts expire worthless. I tend to focus on the dells, gtws, even microns, but for some reason, my timing tends to stink. I think the biggest problem is taking the money off the table too soon. I miss a 4 or 8 bagger because I am worried that the 2 bagger may get away. Sure takes a lot of discipline. (Ok enough whining on my part)

My question, what catalysts do you look for in the stocks ? For example, GTW seems to be on a tear, SCH seems to be on a tear. What do you see as catalysts for these stocks to fall ? It would seem a slow down in revenue growth would be required - but I do not see that for SCH anytime soon. thanks
