IMHO, ATY is a fantastic takeover target for a company such as Intel or one of it's competitors. On a valuation basis, ATY is cheap in comparison to it's U.S. competitors and is a clear market leader in it's industry. At 30% market share and growing, any company who would buy ATY would become the immediate market leader and for this premium they would pay a neglible premium. With cash in the bank and great management, this company is ready to go. With the exception of Nortel, ATY is the greatest Canadian Tech company any would make a welcome addition to any companies stable.
