George, I think you need to look a little bit deeper. Managements move to eliminate its debt and restructure itself is a very bullish sign. In their position, they are selling off units that will bring in a good amount of cash but will reduce their problems as well. What I expect is that they will sell off more units and streamline their business. Expect another sale IMO, this will give them more operating cash and make them lighter on their feet. They've already started making their moves. Whne the price corrects, it usually happens quick and suddenly.
