Anthony, you mentioned once you look for an short entry point by watching for the "churning" at high volume of both trades and shares, something which indicates the sellers are really willing to give up their shares.

Since this also happens in a rush to buy as prices are going up, are you looking for this churning at a price plateau only, with lots of bid/ask/in-betweens? How can you tell it's the peak rather than a temporary resting point on the way to higher highs? What other factors do you look at?
