I'm seeing the same thing. The volume levels are the tell-tale sign. But the spread itself only seems to lag on some issues: e.g. the CBXC ask/bid is current, for instance, but not NCES.

Also, some ISLD best bid/asks don't seem to get representation, either on datek's, LII, or FRT quotes.

I'm specifically looking at a 5 5/8 bid for 1000 shares NCES right now., best by 1/16. Others are being represented fine. Odd.
