Feels that way some times. Been consumed by the Y2K legis meat grinder. It is an extremely painful process, as you can imagine. 12-hour days are not my cup of tea, but alas, I anticipate that we will end up with something useful in the end. Goal is to get it to the Oval Office for signature before the August recess. Yeah, right! ggg.
