Larry, Mike took over responsibility for production on 11/05/98 per the News Release of that date. Prior to that date (and at the time of his July post) he had no responsibilty for production. His involvement prior to 11/05/98 was as a large shareholder who had just provided money or a commitment to provide money predicated on his agreement as to how they were spending the money. He could make suggestions but did not run any operations for GPGI. He was reporting the status as he saw it and not making a promise. Regards, Bob
