At this point I won't split hairs with you and I'm not saying at all that you are doing so, either. I agree with what you are saying but I still say 2000 until fully reporting, just because events on this thread "appear" to make the hands of time go backward to the future. But I do have what , to me, is a fair question. Why does the SEC require two years of audited results for fully reporting status; what about an IPO, are not many of them began as fully reporting ? Anyone ?
