OT re Hoax:

It'll be interesting to see if our regulators can really catch the perp. If the perp was based in the states, perhaps they can. I would do this from a country that did not have an extradition treaty with the one I was defrauding. Hey, maybe it was Slobo or Saddam practicing a bit or economic terrorism :~) OK, that's a joke, I think, but there's an element of truth to every joke. Your job: figure out how much.
