Rampant fear usually points to buying opportunities. Thus, the best entry points are when others are running for the hills. Some people forcast preposterous low targets as a psychological means to cope with their own fear (if you predict the worst, you can't be surprised to the downside-- and this is soothing to those with high fear and low confidence).

I loaded up at 20.5

Only my opinion of course.

Peter, you will thank me later for not buying at 20. I am hearing such stuff from within 3Com that its hard to believe. No wonder Cisco is King in the enterprise.
