If Yugoslavia had a inter-continental nuke you don't think that NATO wouldn't have thought twice about attacking ?

If anything has been learned (other than that an audience "listens" and doesn't "watch") from the Cold War is that nuclear weapons cannot protect anything. They are only good for offense, and useless for defense.

No country with nukes has ever been attacked. If Yugoslavia had nukes we would NOT be bombing them.

In fact, you have it exactly backwards. Nukes are completely useless for offensive purposes (unless you want to start WWIII).
