Per SBX last info circ, Triax Growth Fund held approx. 19.7% of common and pref shares (they were the only one holding more than 10%). After the Dec conversion of Pref shares to cash and warrants (execisable at 0.175), total common shares available to them would be 5.13 million. Assuming that Thomson Kernaghan is selling their shares (who else has this many? no-one per info circ ), and have sold net 4.615 shares since yesterday, I would think the biggest selling pressure is almost off. Not that many more to go.

Regards, t.
