What are the restrictions, if any, on BAM's unlimited service? And, other than talk time, does it include other PCS services?

OT-Not if its technical support and service are anywhere close to that of its fixed wire ISP support, where queries on specific technical problems (e.g., composing a reply to this thread that takes me longer than 60 seconds is routinely rejected for submission because "Netscape connection lost, connection reset by peer"). BA's response, after three days of silence, was to spam me with four separate e-mails offering its own chat service and rules of the road therefor. I'm seriously thinking of changing ISPs. Regards.
