Certainly of Softbank had to know that IDTC's stock price would go up on the news release?<< My guess is Softbank already had a price locked in--so why not announce and watch your investment rise by 25% or more. Also IDTC is in quiet period regarding IPO, we think, and not allowed to announce anything that could be interpreted as touting the IPO. So perhaps Softbank was helping them out a bit. There already is another unknown company on board, and many of us think it is indeed AOL. There are at least 2 others negotiating according to the last IDT release.
