It is DD on one director and 10% holders past

First of all, his disclaimer now says, "I am a director of this company and hold more than 10% of the company's stock."

It may be 10%, but it could also be 90%. No one really knows, do they?

Also, info has been furnished regarding the CEO. Has anyone checked to see what the relationship is between the world renowned artist Marilyn Cohen (the ONLY artist featured in the "mall") is to the CEO?

Here is another question for you: Is it normal for "online shopping malls" to be compensated by the vendors with stock and cash? Is it normal for "online shopping malls" to promote stocks?

Why did iChargeit.com start offering Aqua Vie products online months before production started (note: production has still not started)? And why was this done without the authorization of Aqua Vie's CEO? And why are Aqua Vie's products no longer touted on iChargeit? Could it be that Aqua Vie's CEO did not like the idea of someone trying to shake free shares out of him?

Why did MDMI compensate iChargeit with shares of stock? Do you think they give shares of stock to every store that sells their products?

many questions that deserve answers.....
