Ray, you are absolutely right, your CFO needs to be a first grade bean counter to make sure there is enough dough to execute the "dreamers'" dream. It is also very helpful if the CFO has access to capital (or as it is known, a "seat at the table"), and there are few other places than the gaming industry where a lot of capital is looking for a "home".
