Hooray! Threadneedler, you do seem to have sterling credentials to back your observations concerning JJ, I think your correct, in your assesment....by example Novell in the past year with a 43 yr old wizz bang engineer, Eric Schmidt as the CEO/Chairman has increased Novell by over 150 %, same product, same company , just young and energetic leadership!!! The product was always there, Wall Street and the allied interests just took note of the leadership! Perhaps that IS TAVA's problem, something a name change didnt help?? Waiting for 9 and sayonara............ggg , well after all this PAIN, maybe 10....gg

Dear threadneedler: Well, if you have a substantial position in TAVA stock, why dont you write JJ a PERSONAL letter. Include in it a short resume of your background and why you feel competent to address this subject. Then give him a few tips. Public speaking at his level is important, not just for our benefit but when talking to TOP DRAWER executives at TOP DRAWER companies. For myself, I dont see any problem at all with his speaking, but I do not have your credentials. In fact the best I can say is long ago I attended Dale Carnegies School which dealt mostly with public speaking. Was a great course and I would recommend it to all. JDN
