OT I think 3Com is in a low margin business. Too much of thier revenues come from NIC's, small hubs, and small switches...not to mention the Palm Pilot..which from what I understand actually has some decent margins. Still 3Com's earnings can not compete with the big boys in this market and I think it's likely 3Com will be gone this time next year...purchased for their TotalControl product line...spin off the NIC's to perhaps Intel (if the DOJ lets that happen) and spin off the Palm business into a wholly owned sub. Well,..that's what I'd do ;) I short, 3Com is going nowhere...without some help. OG
