After having previously announced the shift in exploration focus from Canada to California (just as WML has done), they now announce the raising of $14 million, primarily by Berkley staff. (''Berkley'') announces its intention to issue, subject to regulatory approval, up to 1,250,000 ''flow-through'' common shares on a private placement basis at a price of $11.50 per share.
