The latest Berkley PR below reaffirms how much the company believes in ELH. After having previously announced the shift in exploration focus from Canada to California (just as WML has done), they now announce the raising of $14 million, primarily by Berkley staff.
This smacks of extreme confidence in ELH, to me.

Berkley Petroleum Corp. Announces $14.4 Million 'Flow-Through' Share Financing
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Berkley Petroleum Corp. (''Berkley'') announces its intention to issue, subject to regulatory approval, up to 1,250,000 ''flow-through'' common shares on a private placement basis at a price of $11.50 per share. The majority of the offering will be subscribed for by management, directors and employees of Berkley. Berkley will use the net proceeds of the offering to fund exploration expenditures and will renounce to subscribers Canadian exploration expense equal to the subscription price of the ''flow-through'' common shares.

Berkley is a Canadian company engaged in the exploration, development and production of natural gas and crude oil. Berkley's common shares trade on the Toronto and Alberta stock exchanges under the symbol ''BKP''.
