Kim
Thanks for posting the letter for everyone. I didn/t know how to get it on the internet.
Once again, Bob has outlined what has happened and what he anticipates will happen. Way to go, Bob!
The way news has been disseminated since Bob became President is much superior to how news was disseminated in the past.
Perhaps we now may see the light at the end of the tunnel. (One way or another.)
Again thanks!

p2>>Assays are a successful part of any mining operation<<>>p4>>As a result of recent discussions between JLC and Naxos, all original agreements were honored.<< Excellent

In the previous letter from Bob Gardner, I believe it was sent out in December, it mentioned that the Johnson/Lett Group was hired primarily to produce an assay method.

Three points 1.) If Johnson/Lett was hired to produce an assay method are there any chain of custody results that could be published?

2.) I am pleased that Naxos management does not take its direction from the postings on this thread with regards to the J/L group and has kept the line of communication active. Perhaps the J/L technology has evolved and so has Naxos management to the point where both side can get together and move forward. "Discussions" and honored commitments are a great start. Results speak for themselves.

3.)Ledoux. Didn't Dr. Paul Bloomberg of Ledoux fame testify in person, to the Alberta Securities Commission as to the accuracy and completeness of the work his published and certified by Ledoux?

Apperently by the ASC findings, they believed Dr. Bloomberg rather than the Canadians lab assertion precious metals did not exist at Franklin Lake. Excellent. My opinion.
Personally I thought the dropping of the ASC charges was huge. A major credibility boost for Naxos. Should help greatly when they deciede to move to the US. Besides, if Naxos were to move to the US all holders of more than 5 percent would have to file. Wouldn't that be an interesting development. If any.

Like other shareholders, I wish the current group at Franklin Lake great success with the pilot plant. Lets make that 15 mines into production.

P.S. Off topic. While typing this post my coffee got cold so I went to the kitchen popped the cup in the microwave and the sparks started flying like it was the Fourth of July. I shut it off immediately and then notice that my Gevalla Kaffe cup had a gold leaf rim and design.

The moral to the story is sometimes you get the gold when you least expect it. And it was there all the time.
