FM,

It is probably easier to move cash. For instance, I cashed in a stock at Datek, a couple days later, after it cleared, I asked for check. Got it a couple days later. Deposited it in my CU account. Mailed a check to broker. Within a week, total time, money was in my account for trading. Complete transfers of assets seems to take two weeks or more from what I have heard.

When I move some assets soon from NDB to either Yamner or Watley(haven't decided yet), I will move checks. Only, since I have a checking account through NDB, it will go directly to whomever. Should take less than 1 week. Don't like electronic transfers or it would be faster.

Stay in the Black! jimS
