When was it ever ahead? It's always been behind, and now with many new customers they'll bring it back to a barely functional level from absolutely unusable. I can't wait for someone to come along who is willing to reinvest some of their profits (from the ridiculous commissions we are subjected to) back into hiring more people and upgrading their equipment. When someone like that comes along, you can bet I'll be first in line to switch over...
