I've tried a full service broker (Nesbitt Burns) and was not happy with their service either. The fills took longer than what I get through greenline and it cost SIGNIFICANTLY more. I already feel ripped off by GL (compared to US brokerages).

couldn't agree with you more...money. What difference does $200 in savings make when a reliable broker can make you so much more. And also offer you a good cup of coffee when you go in to see them.
