Can someone please explain what this means? Does that mean that anyone owning the stock from DOR of 12/20/91 until PRESENT receive the dividend of TIP shares? This is getting more confusing!

Are you that stupid or do you practice?
They only mentioned the spin off a short time ago.
Works a lot like paying a dividend on a stock.
If you could own it for 5 years and sell it April 5, yet the comany decides to make the DOR Aapril 6th you losse out.
