I dont dispute the reasons Marcos, BTW they did intercept 8.0 meters of kimberlite, it was in the original drill holes in the brecciated intersepts, remember the small bodies.?????????????? Sorry if Sophie chooses to ignore the facts, I do see that they report now in kimberlite wt. rather than meters drilled. The drill hole was part of the 71 holes reported some months later. Getting to the most important issue, what I have problems reconciling is Winspears lack of total disclosure. I fail to see how they can justify not completely releasing the stone breakdowns in the 200 ton large stone sample. Why would they throw out on the wire the 301US per carat values, then in Jan of 99 suddenly acknowledge that 75% of the parcels value lay in 3 stones.????????????? Do you not think that the Diamond valuators were not aware of the stone breakdown in value and failed to report the stone breakdown to Winspear.???? You can chose to ignore it or wonder why they promoted the stock based on this pretense. I choose to add it to my data bank, file it along with the option repricing, the expediant nature of financing over drilling. To each their own, I dont have trouble sleeping at night, do Winspear promoters.? If you recall, I have not been the one leading Winspear shareholders down the garden path. I have not been promoting the company at every turn. I based my call on fundamentals, that is 3.5 to 5.0 mil tons of kimberlite please see my posts in late December, and I maintain that position based on what the company says it will delineate this year. What I do question is a basic fundamental reason why Winspear chose to withold basic material information of a sensitve nature to shareholders. Thus far I see no reasons to justify this position. Do YOU? Oh BTW I have requested Winspear furnish me with a full disclosure of the statement of claim authored by Abers attorney. Thus far no response. Oh well, I guess I will have to contact Canadian Stockwatch, Mr. Mudry, maybe he can furnish me with a copy Good Day
