The Zonagen (ZONA) fraud now back in the teens.

The only question remaining is will yet another analyst issue yet another phony report before Vasomax is rejected?

I continue to recommend shorting into any runups.

The Zonagen fraud will eventually, and inevitably, trade in the low single digits.

Why short ERTH?

<ERTH>

I understand what you are saying about ERTH, but one point:

By issuing a "short sell" rating on it, aren't you betting that their containers will *never* make it to McDonald's? Because if even a few hundred containers make it to McDonald's, there will be press releases, possible reports from major media sources, etc. and ERTH could jump to 15 or 20.

It might very well eventually get to 1 or 2 because McDonald's may buy from other suppliers, etc. but it may go to 15, 20, or more in the meantime.
